Evaluation: Collins is smooth as silk in secondary for the Cubs. It has earned him the nickname “Silent Assasin” by R/L. His closing speed on run plays and coverage ability on pass plays make him very deceptive to opposing offenses. He makes plays in open space well, physical at the point of attack. Long lean body, smooth through transitions from back peddle to quick hip movements to rotate into pass protection. Athletic build.

Justin: I’m a leader, I have that dog mentality that makes me want to make every play.
R/L: What schools are showing interest or recruiting you at this time?
Justin: UCLA, Memphis, McNeese
R/L: Who inspires you?
Justin: My big brother, He paved the way for me.
R/L: What have you learned from playing football?
Justin: That life takes mental strength.
R/L: What do you do to prepare for a game – study film, daily routine to get ready, etc.
Justin: I study film, I watch Jalen Ramsey, and I lock in mentally the night before which carries all the way into the next day before gameday.
