Stock Is Rising For Junior Quarterback from Ruston

Ruston’s 2025 quarterback Josh Brantley proved to be the difference maker, both with his strong arm and his running ability, in the Division I Non-Select State Championship Game. The 6’4″ 210 junior quarterback threw for 194 yards (11-19, no interceptions) and added another 134 yards rushing on 20 carries. He also scored all three of Ruston’s offensive touchdowns. His efforts garnered him the Most Outstanding Player Award for Ruston. (voted on by the working media)
