Let the games begin!

Where did the summer go?  It seemed it just started and already over.  So, let the games begin and the Friday Night Lights shine bright!

Thursday night brought out some top talent in the Baton Rouge area as Catholic High of Baton Rouge hosted Madison Prep Academy.

Catholic High is the reigning Division I State Champions – Select Division.

Madison Prep just missed the Class 3A State Championship by a toe tap in the corner of the end zone that was ruled out of bounds during their semi-final game vs Sterlington. Sterlington went on to take win and advance on to the State Championship game in the Dome.

Both rosters are filled with highly talented, next level players including LSU Commit Shelton Sampson and MPA’s 3 Star Athlete David Jones.

The upcoming season looks bright for both teams, each with loaded rosters.
