East Ascension’s explosive running back, 2023 Walter Samuel continues to catch the eye of college recruiters as he has received offers from In-State Nicolls State and Incarnate Word in the last week. Samuel clocked a 4.38-40 verified time during last summer testing.

Exploding up the recruiting charts is East Ascension’s dynamic 2023 running back, LFCA All State HM, Walter Samuel. Samuel picked up offers from Tulane, ULM, NSU, and South Alabama on Thursday.

The Spartan’s junior running back has posted a 4.38-40 time (coached verified) during testing and measures 6’0″ 200, as of the end of the 2021 football season. He is a smooth and athletic running back that shows power, quickness, and toughness.

Samuel garned All District, All Parish, and LFCA All Honors at the conclusion of the 2021 season.
