Destrehan’s 2023 RB Trey Nixon will be a name to remember during the Spring and Fall Football Season in 2022.

Destrehan continues it strong set of running backs over the years.  Traditionally the Wildcats develop hard north and south runners that are tough and love contact, have a mean stiff arm, with good hands on out passes and explosive speed.

Trey continues the strong tradition. He is a young running back that has a great burst of speed and runs with a purpose. Explosive around the edge, runs between the tackles well, and tough when encountering contact.

We caught up with Trey during the 5A State Playoffs when Destrehan took on the Zachary Broncos.
